Our client's problem
CMA Formation aims to introduce future marine mechanics to the challenges of the energy transition through specific training on hydrogen, focusing on the operating principles, maintenance and integration on board of this emerging technology.
Our actions
-
Design of a training module dedicated to hydrogen, adapted to mechanical patents, 250 kW and 750 kW.
-
Facilitation of a day and a half of training on hydrogen issues and technologies.
-
Presentation of methods for the production, storage and distribution of hydrogen.
-
Introduction to hydrogen engines: operation, models, usage constraints.
-
Awareness of maintenance and on-board integration (FORMED case).
-
Overview of the decarbonized maritime market and technological monitoring.
-
Exchanges with students to promote the development of operational skills.
Deliverable
We designed a comprehensive and customized training module , structured around the fundamentals of hydrogen applied to maritime applications. This program enabled students to better understand alternative propulsion systems , technical constraints , and the development prospects of the sector.
