We trained 18 employees, from top management to operational staff, to accelerate the maritime energy transition in the Ports of Monaco. A practical and strategic session, at the crossroads of regulatory, technical and environmental challenges.
Our client's problem
The Monaco Ports Operating Company (SEPM) is requesting a mapping of their ports for the energy evolution of yachts from 5 to 30 years old.
Our actions
Inventory of ships present in all the Ports of Monaco (3 basins).
Exchanges with the construction sites represented and those innovative but not represented.
Segmentation by technologies, energies, construction site strategies, representativeness.
Analysis of data by port and distribution according to the types of innovations.
Structuring of 5- to 10-year projections based on construction site orders.
International regulatory monitoring of 10 to 30 year projections for maritime decarbonization.
Integration of technical developments for propulsion.
The deliverable
We analyzed the development of yacht builders and port players related to hydrogen , electricity , biofuels and biomethanol .
This research helps to contribute to development New temporary and permanent refueling solutions . We have also delivered refueling procedures to streamline requests for new energy sources.
The client benefited from four meetings and a detailed dossier , providing a clear vision to facilitate port operations.
